We’re posting an amazing vacancy and you’re eager to get into a conversation. Our HR colleagues will invite you to an interview or let you know when you are ineligible.
During the first conversation we would like to take the opportunity to learn more about you and vice versa. We are sure you want to know what we are doing and where you fit into that picture, right? Super!
If you saw us nodding and smiling, it was a good conversation! Depending on the position, we may ask you to carry out an assignment.
In addition, we will carry out a personality analysis based on a questionnaire. This sounds worse than it really is. You do not have to worry about this. This is a useful tool for us to get to know you even better, and we will go through the results with you.
If the assessment results were positive, we will invite you for a second interview, and discuss your results. You’ll also get to know your future supervisor. Depending on the job content, a third interview may follow.
