What do we expect from you?

  • You start with an intensive internal training in which you will become acquainted with our story, our solutions, services and products, our production process, our sales process, the reseller network, the target groups and the internal operation and organization.
  • As a born Business Developer, you will search, start-up and follow-up your own reseller network in France, Italy, Luxembourg and the French speaking part of Switzerland.
  • You will detect potential reseller partners in ten different market segments, contact them, inspire and convince them and get the business started. A strong support plan ensures the future growth.
  • You will be supported by a pre-sales team. Their core focus is on the search of potential resellers and establish the initial contact.
  • You will travel 50% of your time.
  • You will be actively involved in international exhibitions and webinars.

Who are you and what can you do?

Technical requirements

  • You speak, write and read Italian and French fluently and you can participate in group meetings in English.
  • You have knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office applications and you know how to work with a CRM system for which training is also provided.


  • You are a result-oriented initiator with a commercial strategic attitude
  • You are an outspoken negotiator with an eye for long-term partnerships
  • You are a team player with a hands-on attitude and you recognize yourself in our values
