Peleman wants to expand their “family”, the more the merrier! We are now a cool gang of 250 employees worldwide, 120 of which are located in Puurs.

We’re posting an amazing vacancy and you’re eager to get into a conversation. Our HR colleagues will invite you to an interview or let you know when you are ineligible.
During the first conversation we would like to take the opportunity to learn more about you and vice versa. We are sure you want to know what we are doing and where you fit into that picture, right? Super!
If you’ve seen us nodding and laughing, it’s a sign that it was a good conversation! We will ask you to do an online assessment. This gives us an even better picture of who you are. You will receive these assessments by e-mail.
If the assessment results were positive, we will invite you for a second interview, and discuss your results. You’ll also get to know your future supervisor.
On the third call you can already rub your hands slightly because that means An offer of employment may already be made, giving you time (not too much, of course) to think about it.
